Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Kujo Yoritsune (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyrone Jaxon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yoritsune comes into the arena with JAPAN blaring out of the sound system. Jaxon has chosen X Goin' Give iIt To Ya-DMX as his entrance music. Tyrone Jaxon told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jaxon shoots in looking for a takedown but Yoritsune manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Jaxon's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Jaxon throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

We're going to have a standup here because Kujo Yoritsune wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Yoritsune throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Jaxon on the side of the head.

Jaxon tries to score a power double leg takedown but Yoritsune sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Jaxon somewhat.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Jaxon throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Yoritsune was covering up waiting for the punch and Jaxon finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Jaxon looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Yoritsune with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
