Omega Weapon comes to the cage accompanied by Faith No More - Land of Sunshine. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smithers doesn't manage to clinch there - Omega Weapon circles away.
Smithers throws a nice looking combination but Omega Weapon bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Smithers ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Omega Weapon moves away.
Smithers looks to land a combination but Omega Weapon avoids it well.
Omega Weapon throws a hook but Smithers avoids it easily.
Omega Weapon throws a right and a left that Smithers avoids nicely.
Smithers looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Omega Weapon is fending him off so far but Smithers persists. Nope, Omega Weapon circles away and we're back to standing.
Smithers wants to slow Omega Weapon down by chopping away at his legs.
No joy there for Smithers, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Omega Weapon throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Smithers stumbling backwards into the cage! Smithers bounces back off the cage towards Omega Weapon, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Omega Weapon lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Omega Weapon celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Hippaul Omega Weapon!
