Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zhang Liao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robert Lindquist (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Liao kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Rammstein-Feuer Frei!. Lindquist is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Wacco Will Kick Your Ass. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Liao fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Liao fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Nice sprawl there from Lindquist as Liao shoots in.
The crowd cheers as Lindquist lands an impressive looking overhand right. Liao doesn't seem phased though.
Lindquist works the jab nicely.
Lindquist fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Liao on the side of the head.
Liao looks for a takedown but Lindquist sprawls well.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Zhang Liao. That's going to take a lot out of him.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Liao.
Robert Lindquist seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Liao is breathing heavily.
Lindquist connects with a good right hand that stumbles Liao. Liao circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Lindquist has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Liao is holding his hands too far apart here. Lindquist throws a hard, straight punch right down the pipe and BOOM! Liao is out! That punch landed square on the jaw - what a shot!
