Marquiss has chosen Indestructible as his entrance music. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mcgee shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Mcgee was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Mcgee jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Marquiss manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Marquiss stops Mcgee from passing to mount.
Mcgee is looking to take a break and control but Marquiss is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Marquiss is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Mcgee has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Marquiss is not content to let Mcgee control the position.

Mcgee is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Marquiss is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Marquiss is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Mcgee has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Mcgee goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Marquiss has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Mcgee but great work by Marquiss.

Mcgee is breathing heavily.
Marquiss fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Mcgee stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Marquiss.
The fight stays on the outside here - Mcgee looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
