Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Johnny Lopez!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, David Schapiro and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kannon keeps Lopez at a distance using the push kick.
Kannon pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Lopez blocks a head kick by Kannon.
Lopez misses with an uppercut. Kannon saw that one coming.
Kannon avoids a punch combination nicely.
Lopez throws a good cross that connects.
Nice body kick from Kannon.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Kannon, right into the meat.
Lopez has closed the distance and engaged Kannon in a clinch.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
A battle for position here, against the cage.
Kannon gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Lopez.
Kannon breaks the clinch.
Kannon misses with a low kick.
Lopez looking to score a takedown here. Kannon is defending well but Lopez drives through and ends up in Kannon's guard.
Kannon is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Lopez defends well.
Kannon is looking for a triangle but Lopez pushes his legs off easily.

Kannon is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Kannon can't keep his opponent in guard - Lopez advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Kannon looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Kannon is trying to stand up here but Lopez is controlling him well.
Lopez wants to take a breather but Kannon is having none of it.
Lopez working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Lopez is posturing up here but Kannon has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Lopez tries to roll out but it's too tight and Lopez has to tap! Slick submission there by Kannon!
