The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lokren doesn't manage to clinch there - Kartel circles away.
Lokren looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Kartel drives through and clinches with Lokren against the cage.
Lokren has Kartel pushed against the cage.
Kartel tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Lokren just stands there and leans against the cage.
Kartel takes an elbow to the forehead.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Lokren tries to break the clinch but Kartel is controlling the position.

Kartel is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Kartel is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Kartel wants to sweep here but Lokren controlling him for the moment.
Kartel manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Kartel is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Lokren is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Lokren flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Kartel anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Lokren and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Kartel slips an arm under Lokren chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Kartel has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Kartel is squeezing on Lokren like an anaconda would it's prey. Lokren fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
