Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Waru Kuzuri (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anthony Wright (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Hirohito Nitta.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice uppercut lands for Kuzuri. That snapped Wright's head back.
Wright just misses with a punch to the body.
Kuzuri connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Kuzuri digs a good body shot into Wright's ribs.
Kuzuri lands a nice hook to Wright's body. Wright takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Kuzuri misses with a two punch combination.
Wright closes this distance looking for a takedown but Kuzuri circles away.
Kuzuri is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

The fighters circling - Wright throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Kuzuri throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Wright.

Waru Kuzuri seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Wright has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Kuzuri finds it's way round the side to connect with Wright's head.

Wright takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Wright is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Kuzuri paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
A right-left combo lands from Kuzuri.
Wright takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Kuzuri connects with a crisp jab.
Wright tries to move into range but Kuzuri moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Kuzuri lands a left and a right that send Wright crashing to the mat, dazed. Kuzuri thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Wright is rocked!
Kuzuri jabs Wright to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Wright is still on wobbly legs! Can Kuzuri finish him?
Kuzuri works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

Kuzuri cracks Wright with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Kuzuri has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Wright to stand back up!

Kuzuri pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Wright back to the cage. Kuzuri follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Kuzuri fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.

Kuzuri dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Wright gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Kuzuri gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Wright is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
