Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Joe Joseph!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 16 - 0, fighting out of New York, Keembo Sluce!
The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Chad Campbell and Franklyn Lucas.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Joseph forces Sluce back against the cage and clinches.

Joseph breaks from the clinch.

Sluce shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Sluce showed some decent athleticism there.
Joseph won't allow Sluce to pass to mount.

Sluce wants to work for an arm triangle but Joseph is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Sluce tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Joseph.

Sluce decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Joseph, up you get!

Sluce throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Joseph was covering up waiting for the punch and Sluce finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Joseph drops back looking for a leg! Sluce is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Sluce manages to kick Joseph off! Joseph jumps back into Sluce's guard.

Sluce has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Joseph can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
