Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 1, fighting out of New York, Markus Justice!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Reggie Starr!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Reed Andrews and John Kavanagh.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Starr gets a double leg takedown into Justice's guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Justice tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Starr is stalling in the full guard.
Starr trying to control the position from guard on top but Justice is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Starr stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Justice swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Starr is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Starr slips nicely into half guard.
Starr trying to mount his opponent but Justice defends it.
Justice is not content to let Starr control the position.
Justice is looking for a sweep. Starr is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Starr is trying to work for a kimura but Justice is defending well.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Starr is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Justice has managed to free his arm - good work.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Justice gets back to full guard.
Starr passes into half guard.
Justice wants to improve his position but Starr is controlling well.

Starr wants to work for an arm triangle but Justice is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Starr wants to pass to mount but Justice is defending the position.
Starr controlling the pace.

Starr is looking for a kimura but Justice is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Starr to get the leverage.
Justice is looking to improve his position.

Starr is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Justice is just riding it out for now. Starr eventually gives up the hold.

Justice looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.

Justice wants to improve his position but Starr is controlling well.

Starr keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Starr moves into full mount! Justice won't be happy about that!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Justice has left one of his arms exposed and Starr doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Justice screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
