Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Nikolay Naymov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mac Danzig (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Danzig has chosen the Smiths - Meat Is Murder as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Naymov rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Danzig moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Danzig takes a jab right on the kisser.

and Naymov counters with a three punch combo that has Danzig backing up. Danzig nods at Naymov to acknowledge the strikes.

Danzig shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Naymov pinned against the cage. Naymov gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Naymov crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Danzig - the referee stops the clock and Naymov gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Danzig. Naymov manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Danzig changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Naymov tries to avoid it but Danzig manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Naymov to the ground. Naymov escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Danzig creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Naymov sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

That was a close second round but I would say that Nikolay Naymov will probably get the nod.
