Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Krystof Mckay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thulsa Doom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Thulsa Doom told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Krystof Mckay!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Thulsa Doom!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Steve Smith and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Doom throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Mckay looks to clinch
and Doom counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
A left and a right from Doom both land. Nice combination.
Doom ducks under a wild hook from Mckay.
Mckay wants to clinch up but Doom keeps it at a distance.
Mckay moves to clinch but Doom breaks away
and Doom counters with a three punch combo that has Mckay backing up. Mckay nods at Doom to acknowledge the strikes.
Doom scores with a jab.
Doom will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Mckay cracks Doom with an open hand slap.
Mckay falls off balance throwing a combination
and Doom counters with a straight right hand.

Doom keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
A looping hook to the body misses from Doom. Mckay does a little dance to reset his feet.
Mckay is trying hard to land a takedown here. Doom sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Doom steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Mckay.
Doom blocks a jab.
Mckay moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Doom slips a straight right by Mckay.
Doom lands with a right hand.
Mckay drops his hands momentarily and Doom takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Mckay jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
A jab lands there for Doom.

Mckay looks to land a right hand but Doom moved out of range.

Doom darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

Mckay missing with a left hand there. Doom was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Mckay tries to grapple but his opponent circles
enabling Doom to counter with a crisp jab.

Mckay takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Mckay shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Doom as he avoids it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Krystof Mckay. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Doom scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Mckay clinches with his opponent.
Mckay fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Mckay jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Doom walks away with a smile on his face. Mckay gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Mckay is breathing heavily.
Doom tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Mckay was well out of range. Poor timing from Doom.
Mckay gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Mckay changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Doom tries to avoid it but Mckay manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Doom to the ground. Doom escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Doom comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Mckay will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Doom blocks a jab.
Doom lands a jab-cross combination.
Mckay misses with a takedown
and Doom counters with a right hand to the body.
Doom digs a good body shot into Mckay's ribs.
Mckay takes one to the chin there.
Mckay takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Doom is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Mckay had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Doom cracks Mckay with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Thulsa Doom dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Mckay on the wrong end of a nice hook.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Mckay. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Doom connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Mckay takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Doom gets in close and tags Mckay with a short punch that almost sends Mckay to the mat! Oh Mckay is in big trouble! He turns his back on Doom, trying to create some distance but Doom rushes him, striking wildly and Mckay goes down! The referee tackles Doom into the cage to end the fight! Doom is one violent man!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:20 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Thulsa Doom!
