Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bizzle tries to close the distance and clinch up but Nitschke swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Bizzle on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Nitschke throws a right and a left that both miss.
Nitschke stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Nitschke wants it to stay on the feet.
Good work by Bizzle as he checks the leg kick.
A slow jab from Nitschke misses its intended target.
Nitschke jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.

Nitschke moves into the clinch.
Bizzle drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Bizzle managing to block the knees to the body from Nitschke.

Bizzle manages to break the clinch.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Bizzle keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Nitschke.
Nitschke is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Bizzle.
Bizzle shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Nitschke defends it nicely.
Damian Nitschke has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Matt Bizzle.

Bizzle takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Nitschke keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Nitschke misses with a looping left.
Horrible takedown by Bizzle or perhaps it was just good defense by Nitschke which made him look bad.

and Nitschke connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Bizzle takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Nitschke shoots in for a takedown. Oh, that's a huge slam! Bizzle is on queer street and Nitschke is pounding down on him with a barage of strikes. The ref is forced to step in and stop the fight. Great finish!
