Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Donny Hammerson!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hammerson uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Kain has time to react.
Kain wants to clinch but Hammerson slips to the side
and Hammerson counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Nice straight punches there by Hammerson. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Hammerson.
Kain fails with the takedown
and Hammerson counters with a straight right hand.
Kain with a poor takedown
and Hammerson counters with a left and a right that stings Kain .
Hammerson thumps Kain with a low kick.
Kain takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Hammerson scores with a crisp jab that stopped Kain in his tracks.
Kain doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Hammerson counters with a left to the body.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for John Kain . That's going to take a lot out of him.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Kain misses with a takedown
and Hammerson counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Kain takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Nice body kick there by Hammerson.

Kain moves in looking to clinch but Hammerson pushes him off.
Kain gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Hammerson counters with a body kick that stops Kain in his tracks momentarily.
Kain is breathing heavily.
Hammerson thuds his shin into the meat of Kain 's side.
Hammerson scores with a jab. Kain acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Hammerson feints and then cracks Kain 's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Kain down.

Hammerson shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Kain napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Hammerson passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Kain !

Hammerson is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Hammerson scores with a sloppy right hand. Kain should have avoided that one.
Hammerson keeps Kain at a distance using the push kick.

Hammerson lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Hammerson lands with a nice body kick.
Hammerson swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Kain .
Hammerson throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Hammerson lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Kain will be looking to protect his midsection after taking some solid kicks to the body.
Kain takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Hammerson connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Kain ! He's out on his feet! Hammerson rushes in and drops Kain with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
