The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ulyanov avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Ulyanov shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Chelios eats them both and turns towards Ulyanov to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Ulyanov wants to clinch.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Ulyanov is defended easily by Chelios.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Ulyanov. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Ulyanov throws a nice looking combination but Chelios bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Chelios closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Ulyanov! Chelios dives in looking to finish! Ulyanov is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
