Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Marcilo Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mr White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marcilo Silva had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 187.0lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Mr White has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva moves forwards but White connects with a nice, crisp jab.
A solid leg kick lands there for White.
White throws a nice outside leg kick.
Silva shoots and misses
and White counters with a low kick, right behind Silva 's knee.
Silva is breathing heavily.
White looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Ouch! a nice leg kick from White, right into the meat.
White drops Silva with a right and a left! White comes rushing in but Silva regains his composure and manages to keep White in guard.
Silva is rocked!
It looks like Marcilo Silva has been cut.
White drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and White jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Oh Silva is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
White is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
White scoring with some ground and pound.
White slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
White has knee on belly and moves into mount.
Silva seems to have got his legs back now.
White wants to finish this one by submission but Silva is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from White.

White is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Silva can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Silva prevents White from taking his back.
Silva is trying to stand.
Silva defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from White.
White has control of Silva's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Silva regains control of the situation pretty easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
White looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
White wants to finish this one by submission but Silva is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from White.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
White is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Silva can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
White quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for White but it's paid off an Silva is forced to tap! Nice work by White.
