Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Tekken Slice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Arjay Murphy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Murphy has chosen 4 Minutes to Lockdown by Redman & Method Man as his entrance music. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Murphy shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Slice pinned against the cage. Slice gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Murphy stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Murphy wants it to stay on the feet.
Slice fails with a takedown attempt.
Murphy lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Slice circles away quickly and effectively.
Murphy circles away from the clinch attempt
and Murphy counters with a right hand to the body.
Slice keeps the fight on the outside.
Murphy tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Slice manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Slice tries to clinch but Murphy moves out of range.
Horrible takedown by Slice or perhaps it was just good defense by Murphy which made him look bad.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tekken Slice. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Murphy scores with a slapping inside leg kick.

Murphy moves out of range as Slice strikes.
Slice shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Murphy sprawls well. Murphy wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Slice gets slowly back to his feet.
Murphy fails in his attempt to clinch.
Murphy stalks Slice and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Slice's face. Slice staggers backwards, shaken.
Slice looks to clinch
and Slice takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Murphy ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Slice.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Slice goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Murphy has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Slice but great work by Murphy.
Slice is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Murphy works his way into full mount!
Poor strikes thrown by Murphy there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

Murphy seems to be working for a kimura but Slice defends the submission attempt.
Murphy looks to land a strike but Slice avoids it nicely and regains full guard.

Slice working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Murphy doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Slice is tightening it up a little... Murphy has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Murphy reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Murphy taps out! nice BJJ there by Slice!
