The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rossi throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Rossi lands a head shot.
Rossi misses with a few strikes there.
Sloppy strikes from Rossi. Those never looked like landing.
Garcia takes a jab right on the kisser.
Garcia takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Garcia fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Garcia doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Rossi counters with a left to the body.

Rossi closes the distance and clinches.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Rossi is trying to force a seperation but Garcia has the dominant position.

Rossi breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Garcia takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Garcia gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Rossi counters with a nice uppercut.
Sergio Rossi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rorion Garcia.
Rossi misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Garcia has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Rossi works Garcia's body with a nice hook.
Garcia on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

Rossi throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Rossi fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Garcia looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Garcia has his takedown stuffed
enabling Rossi to counter with a crisp jab.
Garcia looks gassed!
Garcia takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Rossi lunges at Garcia with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Garcia's hand.

Garcia is rocked!

It looks like Rorion Garcia has been cut.
Rossi cracks Garcia with a hook to the temple - Garcia is on wobbly legs here! Rossi swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Garcia falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Rossi wins by TKO!
