The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barrows misses with a few strikes there.
Sanchez looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Barrows throws a leg kick
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Sanchez tries to score a power double leg takedown but Barrows sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Sanchez somewhat.
Barrows scores with a one two! Sanchez had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Barrows lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Barrows throws a perfectly timed hook that sends Sanchez crashing down! Sanchez tries to stagger back to his feet but Barrows just hammers him until the ref stops the fight! A confused Sanchez asks the ref what just happened. Poor fella.
