Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paublo Fransisco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hoyce Greycie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fransisco kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Nirvana - Mexican Seafood. The crowd seem to be enjoying Greycie's choice of entrance music: Parang Tanga Lang. Paublo Fransisco had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Greycie shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Fransisco pinned against the cage. Fransisco gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Fransisco keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Paublo Fransisco has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hoyce Greycie.
Fransisco defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Greycie.
Greycie takes a swing at Fransisco's ribcage but misses.

Greycie goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Fransisco has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Greycie but great work by Fransisco.
Greycie is trying to control Fransisco's posture but Fransisco avoids it.
Greycie is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Fransisco has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Greycie manages to work his way to half guard, despite Fransisco's best efforts.
Fransisco will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
It looks like Fransisco is going to stand back up.

Fransisco is trying to control the action in half guard but Greycie is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Greycie will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Hoyce Greycie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Greycie shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Greycie takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

Greycie shoots in and drives through. Fransisco sprawls well.
Fransisco catches Greycie with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Fransisco bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Greycie's head backwards.
Fransisco lands a right hook to the body.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Greycie is defended easily by Fransisco.

Fransisco scores with a sloppy right hand. Greycie should have avoided that one.

Greycie shoots in for a takedown but Fransisco shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Fransisco throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Greycie shoots in looking for a takedown. Fransisco tries to sprawl out of it but Greycie keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Fransisco manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Greycie displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Fransisco throws out the jab.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Fransisco is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Greycie takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Fransisco works the jab nicely.
Fransisco dances in with a quick combination. Greycie is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Fransisco snaps Greycie's head back. Greycie stumbles backwards against the cage. Fransisco steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Greycie's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Greycie just didn't come prepared.
