Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ernest Bass (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Egil Olsen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Olsen has chosen Highway to the Dangerzone as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Ernest Bass could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Egil Olsen's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Olsen tries to bum rush Bass with a series of wild strikes but Bass uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Bass bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Olsen's head backwards.
Bass swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Olsen.
Olsen tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Bass manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Bass is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.

Olsen takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Bass thuds his right hand into Olsen's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Olsen does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Bass fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
