Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Cliff Pena (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bv Rasp (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rasp is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Pena gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Pena takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Rasp just misses with a punch to the body.

Rasp instigates a clinch.
Rasp makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Pena tries to score a body lock takedown but Rasp shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Rasp breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
A head kick misses from Rasp.
Rasp lands a nice hook to Pena's body. Pena takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Rasp tries a knee to the head but Pena blocks it.
Pena tries to score a body lock takedown but Rasp shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Rasp makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.

Rasp gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Pena regains guard.

Pena had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Rasp defends it easily.

Pena is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Rasp is aware though and is defending well.

Pena tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Rasp wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Rasp tries for a kimura but Pena is defending well.

Rasp is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Pena has escaped the position, nice work there.
Pena might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Pena is looking to regain half guard here but Rasp keeps moving and retains side control.
Pena stops Rasp from passing to mount.

Rasp is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Pena has escaped the position, nice work there.

Rasp tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Rasp has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Rasp thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Pena wants to control his opponent's hands but Rasp gets his hands free.

Pena is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.

Rasp has the hooks in. Pena is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Rasp throws a body punch but Pena moves out of range.
Rasp moves in looking to clinch but Pena pushes him off.
Pena displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Rasp.
Pena fails with the takedown
and Pena takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Rasp cracks Pena with an open hand slap.
Rasp changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Pena shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Rasp sprawls well. Rasp wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Pena gets slowly back to his feet.
Rasp tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Pena paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Rasp bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Pena's head backwards.
A nice combination there by Rasp.
Rasp connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Pena closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Nice takedown defense from Rasp. No joy for Pena on that attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Cliff Pena. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Rasp has managed to clinch.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Rasp.
Rasp lands with a short shot to the head.
Rasp digs a right hand underneath Pena's ribcage. Pena let out a lung full of air as it connected.
A left hand lands to the body for Rasp.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Pena is trying to drag Rasp to the mat but Rasp just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

This has been an exciting period of action!

Rasp has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Pena regains guard immediately.
Rasp stays in close to Pena's body and controls the position.
Rasp wants to control from the top but Pena keeps moving.

Rasp drops back looking for a leg! Pena is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Pena manages to kick Rasp off! Rasp jumps back into Pena's guard.

Rasp trying to control the position from guard on top but Pena is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Bv Rasp showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Rasp tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Pena manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Pena looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Pena keeps the fight on the outside.
Pena tries to score a power double leg takedown but Rasp sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Pena somewhat.
Pena steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Rasp. That one must have hurt.
Rasp fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Pena looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Rasp is fending him off so far but Pena persists. Nope, Rasp circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Cliff Pena. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Rasp is looking to clinch but Pena is avoiding it.
Pena walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Rasp scores with a one two! Pena had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

It looks like Cliff Pena has been cut.
Rasp is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Rasp cracks Pena with a right hand to the side of the head.
Pena has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Pena shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Rasp as he avoids it easily.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Pena. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Pena shoots in for a double leg but Rasp sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Rasp lands with a straight right. Pena didn't see that one coming.
Rasp thuds a left hand into Pena's body.

Rasp has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Rasp clinches up with Pena and pushes him back against the cage.

Rasp's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Rasp moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

Rasp lands a left hand.
Rasp presses Pena against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Rasp will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Pena up against the cage.
Rasp lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.

Still in the clinch, Rasp scores with a nice short uppercut.

Rasp decides to pull guard.

Pena drops back, looking for a kneebar! Rasp looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Rasp looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Rasp!

Pena tries to buck Rasp off but Rasp is having none of it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Rasp has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Pena is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Rasp yanks on the arm and Pena is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Rasp.
