The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Miller throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Miller throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Silva sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Miller swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Silva.
Nice defenses there by Silva.
Miller throws a leg kick but Silva sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Silva takes a jab right on the kisser.

Silva tries to score a power double leg takedown but Miller sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Silva somewhat.
Miller tries a head kick but it misses.
Miller lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Silva at a distance.

Miller throws a leg kick which misses Silva's front leg but catches the back leg as Silva tries to avoid it.

Sammy Miller is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Miller connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Miller fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Silva is breathing heavily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Silva takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Silva takes a head kick and keeps coming.

Miller sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Silva's defenses. It connects perfectly with Silva's jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!
