The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Majors gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Fuller is trying to break the clinch but Majors has him pressed against the cage.
Fuller wants to get back to striking at distance but Majors won't allow it.
Fuller prevents a takedown attempt there.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Majors.
Majors goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Still in the clinch, Majors scores with a nice short uppercut.

Majors gets a trip takedown into half guard.
Majors thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Fuller's head.

Majors decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
Majors shoots for a double leg takedown but Fuller sprawls well. He's pushed Majors's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Majors is looking to clinch but Fuller is avoiding it.

Majors pulls Fuller in to control the position.

Majors has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Fuller off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Majors shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Fuller sprawls well. Fuller wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Majors gets slowly back to his feet.

Still in half guard, Majors seems content to control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Majors wants to pass to mount but Fuller is defending the position.

Majors is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Fuller is just riding it out for now. Majors eventually gives up the hold.
