The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Zalinski will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Mic is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Zalinski pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Zalinski lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Mic backwards.
Zalinski manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

That has opened up Ken Mic's cut even more.

Zalinski pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Zalinski dances in with a quick combination. Mic is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Zalinski snaps Mic's head back. Mic stumbles backwards against the cage. Zalinski steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Mic's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Mic just didn't come prepared.
