Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jani Ketola (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Coleman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jani Ketola!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Mark Coleman!
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Ben Zyskovitsi and Marco Blurström.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ketola turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Coleman shoots in and drives through. Ketola sprawls well.

Coleman closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Coleman lands in his opponent's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Ketola is looking to stand up but Coleman isn't so interested in that idea.
Coleman throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Ketola works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Coleman is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Coleman has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Ketola throws a leg kick which misses Coleman's front leg but catches the back leg as Coleman tries to avoid it.
Ketola comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Coleman throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Ketola's waist but Ketola gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Coleman off to one side.
Coleman moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Coleman connects with a nice short shot to Ketola's temple.

You get the feeling that Ketola really doesn't like being in this position too much.
