And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Gerard Mousasi!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mousasi shoots in and drives through. Obasi sprawls well.
No luck for Mousasi with that takedown attempt.
Mousasi shoots in for a takedown but Obasi shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Dele Obasi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gerard Mousasi.
Mousasi closes the distance and clinches up with Obasi, looking for a takedown. Mousasi pushes Obasi against the cage but Obasi circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Obasi throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Mousasi's waist but Mousasi gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Obasi off to one side.
Obasi tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Mousasi swivels and escapes.
Obasi lands a two punch combo.
Mousasi tries for a takedown but Obasi sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Mousasi stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Mousasi wants it to stay on the feet.

Obasi drops Mousasi with a beautiful combination! Mousasi stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Obasi is looking for the KO!

That has opened up Gerard Mousasi's cut even more.
Obasi fires a straight punch through the middle that cracks Mousasi square on the jaw! Damn, Mousasi is out cold on his feet and topples face first to the canvas! Wow, I haven't seen a knockout that brutal in a long time!
