Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Disis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nicke Wandor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Disis comes to the cage accompanied by Polly Jean Harvey - Angry Johnny. Wandor has chosen Jedi Mind Tricks - Deathbed Doctrine as his entrance music. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Johnny Disis!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Nicke Wandor!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Winston Howard and Steve Erwin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Disis rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Wandor moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Disis shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Wandor as he jumps to the side.
Disis closes this distance looking for a takedown but Wandor circles away.
Wandor tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Disis paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Wandor shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Disis's guard.

Disis is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Wandor trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.

Disis has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Wandor can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Wandor wants to get up but he can't break Disis's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Wandor stays in close to Disis's body and controls the position.

Disis is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Wandor is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Disis pulls his head out easily.

Disis is looking for submissions but instead, Wandor has regained full guard.
Wandor is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Disis drops back looking for a leg! Wandor is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Wandor manages to kick Disis off! Disis jumps back into Wandor's guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Disis postures up.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Disis accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Wandor can't keep his opponent in guard - Disis advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Wandor tries to get to full guard but Disis has control of the leg.
Disis is pressing down on Wandor's thigh, looking to free his foot. Wandor is holding on for now.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Wandor misses with a takedown

and Disis decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Wandor's guard.

Disis works his way into side control.
Disis lands some shots froms side control.

Disis thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Disis has an Americana. Wandor didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Disis is delighted and gyrates infront of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Disis hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
