And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are William Gold, Sam Margolis and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lawson dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
A bone on bone clash there as Mercier blocks the leg kick.
Mercier takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Lawson with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Mercier looks gassed!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Lawson punishes Mercier's body with a nice straight punch.
Lawson feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Mercier sprawling to the canvas! Mercier rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Lawson finish him?!
It looks like Reynald Mercier has been cut.
Lawson throws an overhand right that drops Mercier like a sack of potatoes! Lawson dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
