Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
15 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ville Ollila!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ludwig Manres!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Tarja Halkonen and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Manres changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ollila tries to avoid it but Manres manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ollila to the ground. Ollila escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Manres tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Manres shoots in but Ollila avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Manres throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Ollila's waist but Ollila gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Manres off to one side.

That was a close round but I would say that Ville Ollila will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Ollila lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Manres has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Manres and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Manres.
Horrible takedown by Manres or perhaps it was just good defense by Ollila which made him look bad.

Manres loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Ollila scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Manres land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Manres stands and salutes the crowd.
