Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Slim Ed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rick Ashley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ed comes to the cage accompanied by Jedna si jedina. Ashley is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Eye of the Tiger. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, James Glass and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ed tries to sprawl but Ashley drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Ed trying to hold on to Ashley's head to control him but Ashley postures up.
Ashley passes the guard and advances to mount!
Ed flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.
Ed is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
Ed is in all sorts of trouble here.
Ed wants to control but Ashley is having none of it.
Ed is in a horrible position here. Ashley smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Ashley raining down shots from the mount!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Ashley takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Ashley landing punches.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Ed is wriggling around trying to escape.
Ashley pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
It looks like Slim Ed has been cut.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ashley postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Ed looks a forlorn figure.
Ashley scoring with strikes but Ed is staying in there.
Ashley fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Ashley has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Ashley lands a big elbow.
Ashley is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Ed to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Ed shrugs it off.
Ed in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.
Ed is rocked!
Slim Ed's cut is getting worse.
Ed is breathing heavily.
Ashley landing punches.
Oh Ed is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Ashley looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Ed covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:03 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rick Ashley!
