Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dave Bower (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Arnfinn Nesset (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bower comes to the cage accompanied by When I'm With You. Nesset has chosen Grave Digger - Valhalla as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Arnfinn Nesset has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Nesset enables Bower to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Nesset manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Bower in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Nesset is looking to stand back up but Bower counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Nesset.
The fighters are battling for position here. Nesset manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Bower postures up.
Nesset manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Bower is trying desperately to improve position.
Bower might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Bower sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.

Nesset trying to stand up but can't free himself from Bower's guard.
Bower tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Bower lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Nesset!

Bower won't let Nesset get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.
Nesset holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Bower tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.

Bower can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Nesset is looking to escape.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Nesset's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

Nesset is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Bower unloads with some shots from mount but Nesset bucks and avoids them well.
Nesset is still in real trouble! Can Bower finish him?

Bower is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Nesset can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bower loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Nesset scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Bower land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Bower stands and salutes the crowd.
