PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Darvin Chillingsworth (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Heath Legg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Legg is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Angel of Death. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Legg drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Chillingsworth controls Legg momentarily but Legg frees himself.
Legg stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Chillingsworth swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Legg must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Legg avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Chillingsworth throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.

Chillingsworth drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Chillingsworth jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Darvin Chillingsworth.
Well Legg has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
