The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fahnskhap displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Liljedahl throws out the jab.
Fahnskhap throws an overhand right that lands on Liljedahl's shoulder, as Liljedahl tries to avoid the shot.

Liljedahl moves into the clinch successfully.
Fahnskhap tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Liljedahl just stands there and leans against the cage.
Liljedahl lands an elbow inside that Fahnskhap shrugs off.

It looks like Brynrolf Fahnskhap has been cut.
Fahnskhap is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Liljedahl gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Fahnskhap changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Liljedahl fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Liljedahl feints and then cracks Fahnskhap's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Fahnskhap down.

Liljedahl lands a big head kick that sends Fahnskhap tumbling to the mat! Liljedahl takes a step backwards and waves Fahnskhap back to his feet - he wants the finish!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Fahnskhap switches off momentarily and Liljedahl cracks him with a monster right hand! Fahnskhap topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Liljedahl dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Liljedahl!
