Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Yaw Yan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Via Dios (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yan kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is bad romance. Dios is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Sandstorm. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dios swinging wildly here.
Yaw Yan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Yan tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Dios swivels and escapes.
Dios misses with a two punch combination.

Dios is struggling to control the position.
Dios is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Yan has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Dios is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Yaw Yan. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Yan goes for a takedown attempt but Dios pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Dios avoids a low kick by using good footwork.

Dios is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Dios presses Yan against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Dios works on Yan's body with a couple of short punches.
Dios tries to land a knee to the head but Yan blocks with his arms.

Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Dios obliges.
Dios connects with a nasty looking knee right to Yan's face.
Yan is trying to drag Dios to the mat but Dios just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
A right handed body shot lands from Dios.

Dios lands an elbow just above Yan 's eye.
Dios gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Dios lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
Yan goes for a takedown attempt but Dios pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Yan fails with the takedown
and Yan takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Yan is rocked!

Yan loses concentration momentarily and Dios pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Yan crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Dios finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
