These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Backman throws a series of punches but Huntington moves out of range.
Backman listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Backman lands a jab to the head.
Backman throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Huntington throws a right and a left that both miss.
Huntington takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Huntington throws a lazy right hand but Backman sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Huntington uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Backman.
Huntington displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Backman throws out the jab.
Ben Backman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Backman cracks Huntington with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Huntington falls to his knees and Backman doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
