The judges for this bout are James Glass, Richard Clark and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Backman throws a right and a left that Edward avoids nicely.
Backman checks a low kick from Edward.
Backman tests Edward's chin there with a solid looking shot.
It looks like Ryan Edward has been cut.
Edward throws a nice inside leg kick.
A swing and a miss from Edward.
Edward uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Backman.
Backman cracks Edward with a right hand to the side of the head.

Backman swings for the body but Edward moves out of range.
Backman throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Ben Backman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Backman stalks Edward and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Edward's face. Edward staggers backwards, shaken.
Backman slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Oh Edward is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Backman throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Edward slips a jab from Backman.
Backman looks to land a right hand but Edward moved out of range.
Edward gets hit by the mother of all head kicks and drops to the canvas in a crumpled heap! Woooow, the Internet is going to be talking about this one for weeks!
