Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lyoto Aoki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Satoru Sakurai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Lyoto Aoki!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sakurai shoots in for a double leg but Aoki sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Aoki throws a right and a left that both miss.
Sakurai takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Aoki moves out of range of the body kick from Sakurai.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Lyoto Aoki.
