The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cash avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Cash is looking to clinch.
Cash lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

Taylor shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Taylor was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Taylor controlling the pace for now.
Cash sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.
Taylor looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Cash is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Taylor is tying to control. Cash wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Taylor is really struggling to control Cash but he's trying to hold on to the position.

Taylor decides to stand up.
Taylor swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Cash has closed the distance and engaged Taylor in a clinch.

Taylor breaks the clinch.
Taylor misses with a two punch combination.
Cash looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Taylor is fending him off so far but Cash persists. Nope, Taylor circles away and we're back to standing.

Taylor wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Cash jumps guard but Taylor stands there with Cash around his waist. Cash gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Taylor tries for a takedown. No joy.
Taylor is breathing heavily.
Cash throws an elbow but it misses.
Cash fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Rick Taylor has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tango Cash.

Cash escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Taylor swinging wilding here.
Taylor throws a combination that misses
and Cash counters with a three punch combo that has Taylor backing up. Taylor nods at Cash to acknowledge the strikes.
Taylor is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Cash.
Taylor clinches but Cash breaks the clinch

and Cash counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Cash.
Cash trying to control the position from guard on top but Taylor is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Taylor doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.

Taylor pushes Cash off and scrambles back to his feet.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Taylor tries to clinch but Cash moves away

and Cash moves into the clinch.

Taylor breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Taylor looks to land a combination but Cash avoids it well.
Taylor throws a right and a left that both miss.
Cash throws a body kick that misses.
Taylor throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.

Cash gets caught flat footed, as Taylor shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Taylor stands up from guard. Let's bang!
Taylor drops his shoulder and cracks Cash with a huge uppercut! Cash goes down! Can Taylor finish him?

Cash is rocked!

Taylor gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
A big right followed by a crushing left from Taylor knocks Cash out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
