The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moks looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Moks closes the distance but Bricklayer moves to the side
and Bricklayer counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Bricklayer darts in and clinches Moks up against the cage.

Bricklayer drags the fight down to the ground.
Moks is looking to stand up but Bricklayer won't let him.
Bricklayer wants to sweep but no luck.
Bricklayer will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Moks trying to control the position from guard on top but Bricklayer is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Bricklayer wants to stand up but Moks is controlling him.
Bricklayer keeping moving, preventing Moks from controlling successfully.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bricklayer is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Rafal Moks has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.

Bricklayer shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

Moks actively working from the bottom here.
Bricklayer seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Moks does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Bricklayer is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Moks is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Moks makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Moks.
Bricklayer trying to control but Moks is working from the bottom.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Bricklayer darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Bricklayer lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Moks gets back to full guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Moks looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Bricklayer is defending well. Moks quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Bricklayer has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Moks celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
