Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Dingo Penn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fjodor Sychev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Penn comes to the cage accompanied by deftones-simple man. Fjodor Sychev is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Penn changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Sychev tries to avoid it but Penn manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Sychev to the ground. Sychev escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Sychev shoots in for a takedown but Penn shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Penn closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Sychev's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
