Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jake Shields (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Martin Hawk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Shields shoots in and gets a takedown into Hawk's guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Shields sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Hawk's guard.

Shields is controlling the pace.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Hawk can do anything to dispel that myth.
