PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Cris Dorh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jere Ruutikainen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dorh comes to the cage accompanied by Heaven & Hell. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ruutikainen moves out of range as Dorh strikes.

Ruutikainen has Dorh up against the cage in a clinch.
Dorh blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Ruutikainen misses with a punch to the body.
Ruutikainen content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Dorh lands a left hand that snaps the head of Ruutikainen backwards.
Dorh tries to break free but Ruutikainen pushes him back against the cage.

Ruutikainen slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Dorh tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Ruutikainen wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Dorh creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
