Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Crash Kaboom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nik Saimon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Saimon has a pretty significant injury - he really shouldn't be fighting right now but he's a warrior and he's here none the less! Nik Saimon looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Nik Saimon!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kaboom closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Saimon looks gassed!

Saimon is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Kaboom seems to have come into the fight with the intention of avoiding any damage in the clinch, rather than actually showing any aggression.
Saimon has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Kaboom avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

It looks like Nik Saimon has been cut.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Saimon crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Kaboom - the referee stops the clock and Saimon gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Kaboom. Saimon manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
