And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are William Gold, Daniel Bishop and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Count dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
That kick from Champman tenderised The Count's leg. The Count is trying to keep his angry face on.

Champman slips under a jab.
Champman misses with a head kick.
The Count bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Champman pulls out of a head kick attempt.
The Count misses with a low kick as Champman jumps back.
Champman keeps The Count at a distance using the push kick.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
The Count throws a series of strikes that have Champman backpedaling.
Champman throws a low kick but The Count moves out of range easily.
The Count throws a series of punches but Champman avoids them all with ease.
Michael The Count seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The Count lands with a nice combination. Champman backs away looking to recover.

The Count turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

The Count looks to land a left hand but Champman moved out of range nicely.

Champman sets himself and throws a head kick that knocks The Count to the ground! Champman dives into full mount looking to finish!

It looks like Champman might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Champman lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Champman takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Champman is working for a guillotine from mount but The Count frees his head quite easily.
