Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between George Sotiropoulos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sam Acho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Acho tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Sotiropoulos was well out of range. Poor timing from Acho.
Sotiropoulos has a takedown stuffed.

Acho stalks Sotiropoulos and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Sotiropoulos's face. Sotiropoulos staggers backwards, shaken.

Acho uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Sotiropoulos shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Acho defends it nicely.

Sotiropoulos is working to tighten is grip on Acho's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Acho has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Sotiropoulos is really squeezing tight and eventually Acho passes out! Sotiropoulos breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
