And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jang Jung!
The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Skip Squint and Winston Howard.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick from Jung lands but Robertson takes it in his stride.
Jung looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Jung closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Robertson manages to break the clinch.
Jung misses with a double jab.
Jung misses with a kick to the body.
Jung looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Jung shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Robertson as he jumps to the side.

Robertson has managed to clinch.
Robertson tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Robertson lands a nice uppercut.
Jung avoids a wild elbow strike from Robertson.
Robertson wants to stall.

Robertson pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Robertson lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Robertson is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Robertson tries to clinch up but Jung circles away and keeps his distance.

Jung has taken the fight to the clinch.
Robertson managing to block the knees to the body from Jung.

Jung doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Robertson lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Jung backs up against the cage.
Jung circles away from the clinch attempt.
Robertson smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
A head kick from Robertson lands but Jung takes it in his stride.

Robertson moves into the clinch successfully.

Robertson escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Robertson is looking to clinch but Jung is avoiding it.

Jung on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Robertson's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Jang Jung seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Robertson moves in looking to clinch but Jung pushes him off.

Robertson gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Robertson pulls guard effortlessly.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Jung prevents Robertson from getting back to his feet.
Jung has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Robertson is proving hard to escape from.
Jung in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Jung darts in and clinches Robertson up against the cage.
Jung jumps guard but Robertson stands there with Jung around his waist. Jung gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Jung takes one on the chin but seems OK.

Jung throws a left and a right that both miss
and Robertson counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Robert Robertson is winning the standup battle so far.
The fight stays on the outside here - Robertson looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Jung takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Jung is breathing heavily.
Robertson throws out a powerful jab.
Robertson doesn't manage to clinch there - Jung circles away.
Robertson dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Robertson lands a leg kick that knocks Jung off balance momentarily.
Robertson moves in looking to clinch but Jung pushes him off.
A left lands for Robertson.
Robertson wants to clinch.
Jung stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Robertson.
Robertson fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Jung has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Robertson tries to close the distance and clinch but Jung swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Jung takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Robertson lands a big head kick that sends Jung to the canvas! Robertson follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Robert Robertson!
