Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Macadam Baird (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tauno Tasalakki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Macadam Baird!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
12 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Tauno Tasalakki!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Matti Vanhoillinen and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tasalakki with a jab.
Tasalakki throws a low kick but Baird avoids it.
Baird avoids the body shot from Tasalakki.
Baird doesn't manage to clinch there - Tasalakki circles away.
Baird tries for a takedown but Tasalakki sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Tasalakki fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Baird checks it well.
Baird closes the distance and clinches up with Tasalakki, looking for a takedown. Baird pushes Tasalakki against the cage but Tasalakki circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Baird shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Baird was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Tasalakki tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Tasalakki is bucking up trying to escape but Baird cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Tasalakki tries to hold on but Baird postures up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Tasalakki might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Baird kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Tasalakki tries to lock up and control but Baird gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Baird lands a big elbow - Tasalakki is in trouble! More strikes from the mount and Tasalakki is forced to tap out!
