The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cady throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Hilavitkutin on the side of the head.

It looks like Eino Hilavitkutin has been cut.
Cady displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Hilavitkutin throws out the jab.
Cady throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Hilavitkutin.
Cady stuffs the takedown.
Hilavitkutin slips a jab from Cady.
Hilavitkutin shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Cady as he avoids it easily.
Hilavitkutin fails with a takedown attempt.
Max Cady has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Eino Hilavitkutin.

Hilavitkutin shoots for a double leg takedown but Cady sprawls well. He's pushed Hilavitkutin's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Cady scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Hilavitkutin doesn't seem bothered though.
