Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kazushi Sakuraba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jim Martin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Martin has chosen The Next Episode-Dr Dre as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Kazushi Sakuraba has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sakuraba changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Martin looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Sakuraba is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Martin is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Sakuraba wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Martin, who protects the arm well.

Martin is looking to control Sakuraba's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Martin avoid being mounted?

Sakuraba is working for a guillotine from mount but Martin frees his head quite easily.
Sakuraba goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Martin turns into him and now he's in Sakuraba's guard.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Martin trying to control the position from guard on top but Sakuraba is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Martin stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Sakuraba swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Martin has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Sakuraba is proving hard to escape from.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Sakuraba is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Martin rolls with it to try and escape but Sakuraba cranks on the arm and Martin is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
