Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between James McQueen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Candy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McQueen comes to the cage accompanied by Edguy - Ministry of Saints. Candy has chosen zZzz as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McQueen fails with the takedown.

McQueen has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Candy is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for McQueen.

McQueen shoots in looking for a takedown. Candy tries to sprawl out of it but McQueen keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Candy manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Candy stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
